Shipping policy
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150.
If your order is under $150, a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95 applies.
Standard orders placed Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holidays) will be processed and shipped within two business days.
We try our best to keep shipping costs to a minimum. Parcels are shipped via Australia Post or a courier – you will be issued with a tracking number via email at the time of shipment.
Express shipping is available, with prices calculated at checkout.
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post, all with Authority to Leave.
We endeavour to have accurate stock levels online, however we are human. All shipments are subject to availability.
Lost or Returned Parcels
Unfortunately, we’re unable to replace parcels that are marked as delivered but later reported as stolen. If your parcel goes missing in transit, please contact us - we’ll work with Australia Post to investigate.
If the address you have entered is incorrect, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. If your parcel has already been dispatched, unfortunately we’re unable to redirect it. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will incur an additional postage fee for redelivery.
Once items have been dispatched and tracking numbers provided, we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels, or packages damaged in transit.
