We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Change of Mind
We gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging, tags must be attached.

Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact us at contact@millyandmoss.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

How to Return

  • Email us at contact@millyandmoss.com.au with your order details.
  • We’ll provide return instructions. Please note, items returned without authorisation will not be accepted. It is senders' responsibility to ensure safe return of good.
  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 7 business days

Exclusions

  • For hygiene reasons; earrings cannot be returned.
  • Sale Items: Items marked FINAL SALE, are not eligible for return. 
  • Reduced items purchase at a further discount, i.e. during Sale on Sale or other sale periods, are also considered final sale and not valid for exchange, credit or refund.

By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post once your item has left our store.
