Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150.
If your order is under $150, a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95 applies.

All orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day. Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey home.

Delivery timeframes within Australia:

  • QLD: 2–5 business days
  • NSW: 3–5 business days
  • VIC: 4–6 business days
  • SA: 5–6 business days
  • TAS: 5–7 business days
  • WA: 7–10 business days
  • NT: 8–13 business days

Express shipping is available, with prices calculated at checkout.

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post, all with Authority to Leave.

Lost or Returned Parcels

Unfortunately, we’re unable to replace parcels that are marked as delivered but later reported as stolen. If your parcel goes missing in transit, please contact us - we’ll work with Australia Post to investigate and if the parcel is deemed lost, a replacement will be provided.

If the address you have entered is incorrect, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. If your parcel has already been dispatched, unfortunately we’re unable to redirect it. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will incur an additional postage fee for redelivery.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Change of Mind
We gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us at contact@millyandmoss.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

How to Return

  1. Email us at contact@millyandmoss.com.au with your order details.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 7 business days

Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons; earrings cannot be returned.
